I have been getting a lot of emails about liposculpture cost. Different form than the tradition liposuction, “lipsculpture” is when the plastic surgeon “sculpts” the fat while eliminating it.

An example of lipscultpure is six pack abs. The Doctor sculpted the abs out of the existing fat to give the appearance of rock hard six pack abs. Pretty neat, eh? Same goes for folks that seem to have a more chiseled looking face and jawbone than they did before. Getting good work done is the key for anyone not to question whether it for real.

So what is liposculpture cost? The prices of liposuction depends on what region you are targeting, for instance the double chin would be cheaper than the abs lipo. Best to consult a few experienced surgeons in your area for price quotes.

Of course I do not condone this type of surgery as with all medical procedures it has risk and potential for long term side effects. I am just simply answering the question.

I bet a lot of celebrities choose the type of plastic surgery, having their body parts look good via liposcultpure… sneaky! Things are not always what they seen on television and in “Hollywood”.

Muffin Top Exercises for Women

These are some of the most potent muffin top exercises for women. Sorry fellas… but hey, this will work just as good for you too! First let me break the myths about dieting. There isn’t or “secret” diet that will melt away fat. The low carb and starvation diets are the thing of the past. Do you really want to know the secret to losing weight??

Here is the secret to weight loss:

  • STOP eating so much!
  • STOP eating junk processed foods!
  • STOP depriving yourself of these pleasures!

You can enjoy the occasional cheeseburger and Twinkie with some chocolate once a week or so. If you get in your mind that you can never again eat pizza or have a Kit Kat then life is miserable.  You can have both…  The key is to burn it off. That does not necessary mean sweating like a pig for 2 hours in a smelly gym everyday either.

Eat some vegetables daily, drink some water or real fruit juice, and most importantly try and keep from overeating.  If you must “pig out”, set a day or two during the month to do so and get it out of your system.  The proverbial “NO diet day!” ;)

Try these simple and low impact exercises to reduce those love handles ladies:

  1. Stretching can do wonders, just do not over do it.
  2. Try yoga. There are plenty of free videos on YouTube that target the *muffin top*
  3. When sitting at a desk, suck in your gut and keep it there for minutes to up to a half hour a day. Work up to it. This simple little exercise will make a huge difference in your muffin top appearance and helps speed up metabolism.
  4. Stand up straight with both hands on hips, suck in gut, lean to the side slowly while tensing the muscles in the waist area., do this until you feel the burn.

Do ballerinas look lean and mean? Of course they do and they do not work out like those crazy woman on those weight loss shows always screaming and acting crazy. One girl said all she does besides practicing is keep her stomach sucked in, she can do it for 5 hours straight and it was like a rock!

I for one despise heavy exercise and sweating, just not that type of person. Although there are many woman out there like that who enjoy it.  If that is the case you would not be reading this, eh?

Ok, time to get serious and learn these simple exercises for love handles. The muffin top is purposely evasive from being on the vanquish list, BUT we can change that with these exercises for love handles. Muffin Top Exercises at Home or Office

A lot of us are pressed for time and do not have the will to go to a gym and sweat for 2 hours, I don’t blame you. It can take 20 minutes to find a place to park and another 30 minutes for travel time. Let us focus on what type of muffin top exercises at home can be done, this goes for the office as well.

Firstly if you sit on your tush all day then the battle is half won. Simply suck in your gut focusing on your abs, then lean from side to side focusing on your love handle region. Do this many time through out the day as you will feel the burn. How easy is that? When I was on a plane I met a ballerina and she said she never does crunches or any type of strenuous exercise. She had a ripped stomach as she displayed to me. She said she simply “holds her stomach in” periodically during the duration of a day. Viola, ABS!

Lets the back relax and you naturally need to keep adjusting yourself to keep the balance, hence using your muffin top region to do so, which will ultimately reduce your love handles.  Plus your spine will thank you.
